No, the 1199 bolts on with 3 bolts at the flange to the mid pipe. The 2015+ (R and 1299) fit on with a circular clamp.

Easiest for that conversion would be to get the right headers.
Will cost you ~$1600
Next would be getting a 1299 headers setup and mod the y-pipe to the appropriate flange angle.
GunMoto on here has done it successfully, I have done it for a guy almost successfully...
Best is to have the headers on the bike and fit the Akron and make the right cuts... then weld it up...
Or send me the cans and I adjust the angle accordingly in my fixture.
