I have one. Use Sena 50R with it - works perfect for speaker and mic placements. Excellent lid.

Anyone able to find a manufacture date on their x lite?

Did not see manufacture date but haven’t removed the liner either

You need me to?
Not really. Im pretty certain you wont find one. I recently bought one from the UK and there is no manufacture date and so far havent found anyone who has seen a definitive build date. Apparently there is some info on the strap but on my helmet none on the numbers correspond to a date. There is a QR code but it leads to a site that says my clock is incorrect and there is a website called, ancma.org on the strap but you need a login of some sort and its all in italian. Manufacture date is mostly important for tech inspection. I personally am not to fussed about using an older helmet. Im thinking to make my own manufacture date sticker and stick is inside under the liner LOL.

To answer the original post i do believe they are top quality helmets. Visor locking mechanism could be better but safety wise i trust it as much as any other top end helmet.

Ive just ordered the Nolan X 803 RS, Rins helmet... Fits great for my head...

I never pay to much for a track helmet (you never know)... 500€, smoked visor incl. (yep I'm a European, so guess 550/600 bucks?)

The x803 UC is around $900 from a Canadian retailer. Little bit more for the RS and with tinted visor over $1000.

I payed 515 euro's... For the RS model the dark visor is incl. with Nolan/Xlite, for the RS model at least... I'm from Belgium and bought it in The Netherland (just over the border).

I have one that I use as a track helmet. It’s pretty great although as others pointed out, the visor lock and a few other things seem a touch flimsy. But the helmet itself feels great and has a lot of high quality touches, like the liner material and other bits.
