....... hilarious! Good point out

Meh. It's a canyon-strafer, not a track bike. I road-rage people on the track a la "this ....... is ....... up my laptimes!", so I stuff him and take us both out. At least I know the track isn't for me right now. I've done scores of trackdays in a vain attempt to learn from that, but this is just the way I am. :(

had the dp fender elminator, pretty junky for the price. Rizoma is nice.

QUOTE=BAIBAICOP;120212]Totally open to suggestions! I plan on the DP CF Fender Eliminator over the winter, maybe Sato rearsets and DEFINITELY removing the ....... charcoal canister! That's all on my radar at the moment.[/QUOTE]

I can't help but notice, the more you post the more you appear to be way over your head with this bike"¦.perhaps a 600 monster would be more to your speed.

I felt the same way the first time I got on the track. There are limited riding instructions and everybody does their own thing.
We have track practice days on Monday's at the local track and I invited an experienced rider (paid his fee) to show me the lines and critique my skills or the lack thereof.
I learned way more that day than I ever did on my first track day without battling egos and riding with unpredictable riders.
Hanging with a good riding group that puts emphasis on teaching skills and support doesn't hurt either.

And when was the last time you had a model shoot with your bike for free? Bet that wasn't with a German or Japanese bike!

Moar pix when my photog uploads them. The on-bike pix were best!

More pictures of the model please.. Oh and the woman too. :D

I'm sure I'm safe in your case.
Not, 50K on a SBK and the learning experience I described happened over 10 years ago.
Feel free to teach me any of your skills if you are that badass.
You got an open invite to the local facilities :)

I'm terribly sorry, how again does this make you an expert rider capable of squeezing every last rpm from this bike? I must have misses all of your posts describing those mighty skills of yours. Do tell again."¦

I'm not an expert rider, nor do I play one on the Internet.

He said he improved by following and learning from a better rider. How is that claiming to be "an expert rider capable of squeezing every last rpm from this bike"? It appears you're just out to have a pissing contest.

Frankly ... that girl's eyes are oddly beautiful, as are the 1199's.
