Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems to be the new 2015 Panigale R being ridden. I think I can hear the auto downshift blipper at work. Looks damned fast to me and also pretty stable.. I may be wrong and it's a pre 2015 model; those of you who know better than I do can chime in...
