Hi there,
I know there is a corresponding thread about this issue but I can't find it...
Is it possible to mount the LED headlight of the Panigale S to the Panigale ABS with a lucid amount of work? I read something about changing the speedometer unit too...
Thanks for the help...
As the title states, does anyone happen to know if it is possible to add ABS to a 1199 without it?
A member here selling his non-ABS S model says its possible, and I asked, but have not gotten a response on how.
Any help?
I could be wrong but from what I understand in the handbook, ABS 1 is front only, ABS 2 is front and rear but separate controls, ABS 3 is linked allowing you to use either the rear pedal or front lever to operate a portion of both the front and rear calipers???
Is this right???, if it is ABS...
So, not the smartest thing I've done. It was sunny, clear, but unfortunately 30 deg. I was chomping at the bit to get a ride in, finally. I rode to Seattle to get the new up-map only to find out it was already uploaded, but they didn't document it. What normally would have ticked me off was...
Hey guys, question im strugling with. I met with a dealer who will sell me a 2012 non abs for about $2300 less than a 2013 which of course comes stock with ABS, im just trying to figure out if the extra oil view hole in the faring, the ABS and build date of 3 months newer is worth the $2300...

First rode the standard with the full system, using the stock fork internals and "soft" rear shock, it took a short while to dial in the forks but by the time I'd settled in... The forks are...
I've got my deposit on an 1199 base ABS, agreed-to price is $17,999 ($1000 off 2012 MSRP) plus roughly $1500 in all those "shipping" and "setup" fees.
How good/not good of a deal is this? What kind of prices are you all getting?
My wife just ditched her Triumph 675 Daytona (kick ass bike by the way) by sliding the back tire out on acceleration on some leaves, probably coldish tires as well. Totaled the bike. So for replacement bike (assuming insurance doesn't drop our .....) we're looking at a new Daytona, which she...
I'm going to flush the brake & clutch fluid through this winter and replace with Motul 660.
Does the 1199 have a standard bleeding process or is there any special trick or process linked to the ABS.
i placed a deposit for a '13 White Base, and was told all base now come with ABS, and there wont be any Non ABS Base for the US

I wonder with ABS turned on, when using the frontbrake, will the system also brake on the rearwheel ?
Or will ABS only work on the rear when rearbrake-pedal is used (wich i only use in critical situations )
Someone can clarify this for me ?
It is now October so, those of you that have purchased a Panigale w/ ABS probably have at least a few hundred miles or so on it by now. Do you guys even notice it working. Do you recommend it or feel that is was a waste of money. Any close calls and the ABS actually did what it was supposed...
Hi,
Just wondered what you guys over the Pond were paying for a Panigale S (ABS) on your side of the pond?
It's £19750 over here in the UK ($31813.79 at todays exchange rate)
I was at the Ducati Dealer today with my friend he was looking to buy an S with ABS. The dealer told him that the ABS models has slightly less fuel capacity than the NON ABS Model but Ducati doesn't advertise this. The reason why he said that the ABS model has less fuel capacity is that the gas...
