looking for one oem bar end thx

What size is the torx to remove the bar end thx guys

I'm trying to find the old post and had no luck, but I thought I read somewhere that the install of this is a real bugger due to having to feed wiring through the bars or somethin along those lines. I want to run this but not in love with the thought of too much messin around on my new R. Anyone...

So, does the R have the same bar ends from other models? I've tried removing them on my bike to install my CRG mirrors from my S and I can't for the life of me get them off. So, do they come off? If so, are the reversed thread??

What did you do about the loss of the bar end weight? The adapters and the mirrors together don't add up to the weight of the stock bar end weight. And what friggin' tool fits that bar end anyway??

So I didn't like em when dealer installed them, felt too light and now one of the fecklers has come loose. So took it out and found a complete clusterf**k solution that a second rate aftermarket kit couldn't hope to match. Old bar ends back on! :mad:

Is there anything changed other than aesthetics with the DP bar ends? If they are lighter will I get more vibration? Should it impact the steering? Someone post something interesting, bar ends is a dull subject!

Just wondering if anyone has this and if they have a pic of it on the bike.I'm running without mirrors and have the block off plates in.I think the factory mirrors are horrible looking and can't stand them.I've seen the Oberon kit but not actually on the 1199 to see if it looks decent

So I'm trying to take the bar end weights off to put on my new grips. I went to every hardware store in my area and not one of them carries the bit size I need. I'm even struggling finding it online. Does anyone know a store or have a link??

Just installed these, I like them because they fit with the stock bar end.

Any know where I can buy some bar end mirrors for the Panigale? Will any kind work?
