boots

I have some more aggresive SIDI boots for more aggressive riding in the mountains, but I'm looking for somehting that I can wear on a low speed commute that still works well with the sportbike positioning, but less need for armor and more walking around. I've been wearing just regular street...

I've been looking at the SMX Plus and Supertech R boots but having trouble deciding which ones. These boots will be mainly for the street and a few track days a year and I will probably walk around in them a fair amount on the weekends at events. Anyone have experience with either boot?

I currently have the Puma flat V2 boots which are nice but I'm only 5'5 with 30 inseam and looking for a boot with a thicker sole and some more protection. Any opinions/suggestions are welcome. Thanks
