What’s up guys!
Unfortunately I crashed at my last track day with my V2. Damage doesn’t seem too bad, but i will for sure need a new gas tank. I am wondering, does a 2016+ model 1199/899/959 gas tank work on the V2? They seem very similar almost to the exact. What do you guys know/think...
Evo Tech crash bobbins saved my bike
:eek:before and after pics of my Hyper 950 2019, 120kph slide on the right side, bobbins took most of the damage saving the bike from being totaled.
Hey people
Just wondering what everyone has come up with for effective frame protection on the V4.
I'm keeping stock fairings and would rather not drill or cut if possible.
Any pics of actual items on a bike would be great.

Hi guys
Had an off and the bike now has the eobd light on. I know I can go to a dealer and for £75ish get them to diagnose the problem but just thought I'd make sure its nothing obvious. Initially there was an "eng" error code on the dash which was the air temp sensor unplugged after the...
hopefully none of these guys gets hurt nobody wants to see that but its clear that these 2 are a danger to themselves and the grid.
poll question who do you think has more total crashes this year 35 or 29?
Okay, lets talk about the peak of Italian engineering (actually it's a Japan product): The horn of the Panigale :)
I bought an asian horn at a local bike store for USD 10.-, just to compare with the piece installed on the Panigale. And the suprising result is:
i.) same loudness
ii.) more than...
Sam was trying to beat Rocky's record today at Bonneville salt flats and crashed.
His bike was not made to crash and had little to protect him.
They life flighted him out and were giving him blood, keeping fingers crossed at this point.
Couple notes - my 1299s is fully race prepped (doing my novice year in WMRRA) but this crash occurred at a regular track day, in the fast group, at The Ridge in Shelton, WA on May 1st.
Someone on a brand new R1 had their engine explode, at the very end of the front straight, completely oiling...
Hi Guys,
Any one on here installed crash bobbins?
I googled it, and saw some R&G bobbins, not sure if anyone on here has put them on, and how do they look and ride with?
Or has anyone drilled their fairings??
Apparently a nasty crash today at Sydney Motorsports Park. I think a post classic event on today so hopefully no one on here.
Two riders hurt and CH 9 news reporting one as critical. Best wishes for them both.
Hello
I was interested in ordering few R&G crash protection parts for my 899 and was wondering which ones would be the most effective ones
I understand that it won't help in bigger crash events but lets say you drop your bike. What would help you to get away with minor to no damage ...
I hope it was no one on here that hit the Fire Brigade Truck today. It was a red sports bike.
RIP to the fallen 20 year old rider. His family will be suffering now.
Has anybody done anything to protect the front LED in the case of a crash at the track? I'm wondering if anybody has done something like replaced that piece of plastic at the bottom of the windshield that's behind the display with some more substantial protection.
You might say that it's not...
well, there is always a first time.
for a guy who crashed probably >10x on the street, just another time on the track before and some minor runoffs, this one was a bit different.
third race of the day, fist two i landed 2nd, so this one had to be 1st.
kid who won the others is 22 years...
