hey guys! I put 89 octane non-ethanol fuel in my 1199 yesterday. just found out it was 2 miles from my house, on my route home. can someone WITH KNOWLEDGE please educate me on the possible gains in HP, if any, and any other benefits or downfalls of running this in my Pani? I appreciate it...

I was planning on stripping this tank to bare aluminum, as some others have done....but have since sold the bike. The tank is in great shape with the exception of the scrape on the side. Yes, it still holds fuel! How about $495.00 (OBO), plus shipping?

Ducati doesn't .... around with the low fuel light on the Panigale. Pushing it to the gas station. Got it 29km after the low fuel light came most of my bikes in the past at least had another 50km before running dry. Live and learn.

Happened to stumble upon this on A&R... interesting read BTW.. EPA Admits Ethanol Damages Engines Since pretty much every pump in the nation has 10% ethanol mixed in the gas, am wondering if this would have long term repercussions in the petroleum industry or in auto manufacturing..

So you guys running race fuel in your 1199? Going for my 600mi service on Saturday then I'm gonna take some of my VP Racing MR12 and get the 1199 on the dyno hopefully. I've run MR12, MS100, VP109 in a lot of my other bikes always noticed my bikes had a better punch with it.

Noticed a fuel leak the other day while I had the bike ideling (warming up) before a ride. I noticed clear fluid collecting under the bike, slow drip from the bottom of the fairing. The fluid turned out to be fule. I turned the bike off and let it cool to observe for further leaks - nothing...

My Pani is 7 months old and I've done around 2,400km. I've noticed the paint seems to be fading, or more accurately hazing, around the fuel tank hard edges. I've never placed anything on it, it's almost as if the paint has hazed from wind resistance or something. Has anyone else got the same...
