Stupid question, but I can't find the answer and my bike is elsewhere right now. I need to install the SMOG/SAS block off plates on my '14 1199S Dark and wanted to know if I needed to remove the entire engine cover on both sides and if so how they pop off. Just trying to gather the knowledge...

Has anybody that has an 1199 from 2012 or any year experience any clutch slippage? My dealer told me I need new clutch plates and I dont ride hard so i'm wondering if I am the only one with any slippage?
