rearsets

I've never fully removed rearsets from any of my bikes. Anyone have any tips or tricks to removing and reinstalling the 1199's? Going to send them out for powder coating. Think it will mess with any tolerances for re-fitting?

DP rearsets fitted

I've recevied an update from Giles Tooling this week on the production of rearsets for the 1199. They have quoted approx 3 weeks to start production of the FXR rearsets. Looking at there website I'm guessing they mean the Factor-x-rearset: gilles.tooling - Products - factor-x-rearset.gt...

I just got my bike back from the swingarm recall and found my DP rearsets had arrived so I had the dealer throw them on. (Sometimes recalls work in your favor!). Here's a couple of shots showing of them mounted. Leg position is definitely higher with greater ability to lock into the tank...

Folks, Does anybody have the DP Billet Rearsets ? Feedback appreciated.
