Always been car sick most of my life. Last 3 years when pushing it in the canyons, has been getting me motion sick to different degrees. Not too bad, but noticeable. Anyone else getting this?

I have about 1000 miles on my panigale and I just noticed while riding that if I try to maintain a speed, I can feel the bike briefly lose power and then get it right back. Anyone else have this issue?
