I haven't changed any settings from stock since I bought the bike. I think I would like to soften it up a bit for smoother in town riding. I am trying to be kind to my aching neck. I am ~ 210 +/- 5 lbs with gear. Any suggestions on some settings to try? Thanks!

Got the AFAM sprockets and carrier and they don't come with any torque settings. Anyone who has done this have the torque setting for the rear and front sprocket? The Cush drive nuts on the 1098 are 48nm. Not sure if these are the same value for the 1199.
