I've search forums and seems like I need to start with cleaning and Appling dielectric grease to the connectors and cleaning pins.. What connectors do I remove? I'm not sure exactly what to take apart in this picture? That's guys!!

Has anyone changed over to GP shift on their Speciale? I am having a hard time getting the bolt that holds the lever from flipping off. I have tried heat to losen the thread lock. We even tried using a little impact tool but it doesn't want to move.
