So if I get a set of Termi slip-on's from my dealership but I install them at home, would that affect/void warranty?? Or does the dealership have to install them to maintain the warranty.
I wish I could find a picture of a working Panigale with the exhaust but this is the only pic I could find. This is a pic taken from Badovini's crash, but the exhaust looks different, Why?
Having seem them on the Alstare bike, I'm thinking of getting some of these made up ...... matt finish, obviously.
Should look good with the Tricolore black belly pan.
Apologies for starting another thread with "heat" in the title, but at least I voided the word "sprocket"
so......... I am thinking of putting on Termignoni decals on my stock exhaust.........reason being its not really worth spending $2.5K for slip ons that almost look, perform and sound identical to the stock exhaust, they are suppose to be heat resistant....do you think they will be in the long...
As per my member pictures, I had my entire full Termi system jet hot coated (inner and outer) and polished.
Some feedback to those who are considering following me down this path.
I got the exhaust ceramic coated and polished due to (1) Heat and (2) I personally do not like a patchy...
Has anyone from the UK or EU bought Termi slip Ons from the US & had them installed? Are there any issues with being EU legit? Also are there any issues with the up map perhaps with different fuel being used. Thanks for any advice!
I gave up on waiting for the Austin single side dual outlet option with bellypan option and bought a brand new Termi slip on kit for $1,550.00.
I've always done exhaust mods myself on all of my bikes. I opened the box last night and holy smokes are there a lot of bits. Maybe once I get going...
I plan on riding my Pani on the road to commute and to take extended trips (200-500 mile trips). The Termi slip-ons indicate its for Race use only. I want the better throttle response but will the Termi Slip-ons ruin "something" on the bike if I use the bike for "regular" (Not Racing) use with...
I finally had a chance to stop by a friend of mine to get some time on the Dyno to get ready to do some tuning. He is a master of tuning and modifying bikes and I have learned a great deal from him throughout the years he is a really a good guy. He has a 08 Suzi 1K pushing 220hp on the rear...
Well holly cr@p!!, NOT a 5 minute job, even for a seasoned mechanical engineer and racer, the booklet supplied by Ducati/termi is a must, I have refitted the glass, the heat protection supplied in the kit is a .... to fit, used on the bottom rear of the tank and also to protect the ECU, getting...
As much as I can tell it looks like Checca is testing the 1199 with a different Termi, much smaller loop under the seat and then the tubing goes straight down. Swingarm looks longer as well.
I finally got my 1199 Base back Sat. from Ducati after Installing the Full Termi system. I was a little disappointed when they forgot to ceramic coat two pieces of the exhaust system, same part but on both sides. When I test drove it; one word came to mind: WOW! I quickly forgot about the non...
