Another intensely boring race, wsbk is the nascar of motorcycles, with one rider crew chief package stinking up the show. The more rules they change the more boring the show gets. rpm limits, fixed gear ratios, pitiful.

Looks like the new rules package insures only kawasaki and Johnny Rea can win now. Cutting the revs to the Ducati was the kiss of death, it all comes down to air flow, a twin has to turn enough revs to flow the same amount of air as a 4 to be on par with the fours. I can only hope the new V4...

Hell of a round 1 on the weekend, I didn't think Chaz would have it in him after Italy. Unless Ducati hit the ground on KILL next year with the V4, it looks like Johnny Rea will be the WSBK champ until he retires, or 4 in a row at least. He has clear sailing this year. Sykes has nothing for him.
