Ducat Superleggera V4
After the 1199 Superleggera and 1299 Superleggera, you can expect Ducati to release the limited edition Superleggera V4 when it says farewell to the Panigale V4 before making the next model update.
According to documents leaked in Europe about the new Ducati Superleggera V4:
I would expect to see the new Ducati Superleggera V4 introduced at World Ducati Week in July 2020.
After the 1199 Superleggera and 1299 Superleggera, you can expect Ducati to release the limited edition Superleggera V4 when it says farewell to the Panigale V4 before making the next model update.
According to documents leaked in Europe about the new Ducati Superleggera V4:
- Engine will be based around the 998cc V4 engine in the Panigale V4R
- Superleggera V4 will make 221hp, compared to 217hp in the Panigale V4R
- New Titanium Exhaust System meeting Euro5 standards, compared to Euro4 standards on the Panigale V4R
- Weight will be 381 lbs (173 kg), ready to ride, minus fuel
- Curb weight should be around 405 lbs, which is 20 lbs lighter than the Panigale V4R
- Carbon Fiber BST Wheels
- Ohlins Suspension and Brembo Brakes, same as Panigale V4R
- More carbon fiber, titanium, magnesium, and aluminum
- Fractionally extended wheelbase (compared to Panigale V4R) to add stability
- Fractionally extended taller and wider dimensions
I would expect to see the new Ducati Superleggera V4 introduced at World Ducati Week in July 2020.
