Bagnaia, who like Bezzecchi, Vietti and Morbidelli was riding a slightly tuned street version of the Ducati Panigale from the Academy, showed great joy and a lot of commitment. This was also evident from his lap time. Pecco recorded an astonishing 1:35.18 as his best time on Thursday.

For comparison: Superbike World Champion and Misano winner Alvaro Bautista drove 1:33.9 as the best race lap in race 1 in Misano in 2023. Bautista's pole best time is currently 1:33.0. In addition to the lap time, Bagnaia proudly presented some other driving data from this ride on the V4 Panigale. The lean angle was particularly impressive - the lean angle of the bike, which was 62 degrees.

Define slightly tuned. He is on V4R, they don't even mention that.
Journalists are mofos

pipe and tune as homologated; that is all

look at the forks and callipers for a start...

that said if he was on a genuine std V4S he could still lap there around the 1.40 im sure.

you can only piss with the cock you are given!

you must have amazing eyesight

also not sure they can ride the 1104, anyone confirm?

He could afford the engine rebuilds on the HP4 too. SD beat me too it, but I never saw a V4R with a painted tank. It appears as if he's riding a gussied up base V4.

That looks like the new belly pan Ducati sells.

thats MotoCorse making the OEM look like FGR forks
The "GP Style" radial connection kit offers the possibility of being mounted also on all Ducati Panigale V2/V4 and Streetfighter V4 motorcycle models fitted with "NON pressurized" Ohlins forks as original equipment; in this case the fork remains non-pressurised, but the aesthetics of the motorbike will be improved.
