So my SFV4S is now nagging me about the 1 year annual service. I still have some miles to go before the next 7500 miles service. Do you guys know if this 1 yr annual service is needed and what to expect? Is this just an inspection to make sure everything is running tip top?

Set your date to last year. Right before the 7500 service, set it to the correct date.

Yeah so much for that idea. Tried it and literally have the dash spell out "WRONG" when I change it back to 2020. Guess they figured that one out. For those that have done it, what's exactly is included in this 1 year annual service if I don't need the oil change?

I had the same thing on my V2. I just took it in around 6900 because I was tired of seeing the little calendar light. They did the 7500 service and reset the counter. I don’t know if you’re that close or not. If you’re way shy of 7500 it may be better to get some more miles on her.

I just had that done and I was also shy of the miles though I was warned Ducati gets very pissy about the warranty if you miss this. Check where you are to see if it's trouble. I got the dealer date-stamp in my maintenance book. I spent €250.Yes it's a once over, oil change, etc. The guys here were really good. They found the clutch lever wasn't pulling enough fluid, so they switched it out under warranty. Pulled the chain tighter, little stuff. Took it out for a test ride in all riding modes. They even washed my bike which was a first time ever. Was a damn thorough once-over for €250.
Hope you have a good shop.
