1199 at AMA

so I'm watching the races this weekend and the 1199 is doing well. i look at white pani and say nice to see this. next lap their was a funny sound out of the race. I'm talking about the tpl race team in ama. anybody know what happened? i think the pani lasted 11 laps

They haven't really said. On FB they simply said they failed to give Jake a fully functioning bike. Sucks, they were doing great in practice.

I wTched it live and seeing the 1199 out there made me get fuzzy feelings. Dunno why they had to retire.... Air in the clutch or threw a rod

]They struggled some with the bike all weekend.. I spent alot of time with them this weekend, great bunch of guys. Racing against highly developed bikes has to be one hell of a task.. They'll be back next year, with more development and ready to rock.. Hopefully with the new ama deal bring some sponsor money to help them out more.. I try to help, but I doubt a few graphic kits a year is putting a dent in the costs.

Oh yeah, made a few decals for the guys to give away to fans, anybody that was there get any?

Yeah Mark - you didnt know there was one on track this weekend?
Meant to say something to ya but obviously forgot. We should have walked over and talked with them - and had you tell them what a POS the bike is brother!!

i knew it was there. i looked for it each time around turn 10 on sunday. he was doing well. me and white pani heard a noise on the shift and never saw the 1199 again.
