Anyone have any solid information is the 1199 is a biposto?
If it is possible, does it come like that or is it simply installing passenger footpegs?

Hi
New to the forum. Australian Motorcycle News just had a story on the 1199. They did not say that it would be a Biposto, however the commits on the swing arm said that a pin could be moved for two up road riding.
If they do make it available, I'm sold on the "S" with ABS or Tricolore.

@Ducati Darius...I've seen that picture before but I wasn't sure if that's a different model or if you just add on the passenger foot pegs. All the other pictures I've seen do not show any passenger pegs and that big seat isn't there either.

Word is....

..that they are all coming in as BiPosto. This from the dealership in Winchester, VA, so not sure if that is the initial batch, orders by dealership or what.

I'm still hedging my bets and keeping my ST3 for the majority of my two-up riding! The accessories catalog does show comfort seats available, including the pillion.

From the bikes I have seen so far they will come with the pillion seat pad and footrests.
here is a link to the pictures of the mounting point for the pegs and the seat pad...
