Sadly we also had a Panigale next to last as well.. So much off the pace he didn't qualify go the race 
Props to La Marra and Salvadori for putting the Pani in 1st and 6th place on the grid.
This is the first time I've been as excited to watch the SS1k race as the SBK!

Was a great race until the red flag. What they failed to mention is that La Marra was leading the race by 1.2 seconds with 5 laps to go.. After the red flag, the restart reset all times, no aggregate time as in WSBK, form the first 2/3 race. I felt bad for La Marra, all that hard work lost in a restart. We'll see how he does next race.. There is something to be said for the Panigale as La Marra is not usually found circulating with the leaders.
