Well I thought with a new dealership opening up in Calgary that I might save more money going here,,,NOT!!!!
So I guess that leaves me with Argyl, finally decided on getting the S but after seeing the R up close in person,,,,,, I'm confused again, lol :(

Oh does argyll actually have an R there?

Put them on paper side by side and write down what you will spend on the S with in the first year on carbon stuff and pipes.... If it doesn't make it close to the R just get the S. You won't believe how it rails thru the clover leafs lol. Can't wait to take it to stratotech.

Yes they did, but I believe the guy who purchased it was picking it up today/tomorrow?
Yeah I know, if you add it all up, what you would spend on an S your probably better off getting the R. But getting the S and seeing the changes over time would make it more personal and has a cool factor to it as well. The more I think about it the more I'm leaning towards the S and there is also 7000 other reasons I can think of as well, lol!

It's now in my garage.

Argyll may not have budged on price, but they did install my Termi for free and I found the charcoal canister in the box with the stock exhaust. I didn't ask them to do any of that. They just freed up my weekend! :)

Awesome! Congrats man... Let us know what you think. Your probably one of the first in Canada to have one...

Well guys after a months worth of research and going to the dealer 2/3 times a week to see and sit on the bikes, I thought I was getting a S. But on Saturday I took my youngest son with me to my dealer to look at the bikes yet again and to buy him a new helmet. Well I sat on the Pani and then the BMW 1000rr, I got off the bike and told my kid to sit on it so that I could get a pic of him, he tells me he likes the SK1 better. I sit back on the bike and another customer is walking by and says "looks good on you". Well I was considering this bike before and it was my initial pick before the looks and sound of the Pani made me switch, but it's been a good number of years since my last street bike (cbr 600 F3) and for the last 5 years I have been playing in the dirt. Last year I traded in my 08 KTM 450 xc-f or a 12 KTM 300xc. So this bike will primarily be used on the street unless I get hooked on the track, but even then with work and my family it won't leave much time for it and our stupid short riding season! Of the 2 bikes from what everybody says the SK1 is the more forgiving of the 2 and makes for a better street bike. which is why I asked my sales guy when I was sitting on as to "how many more Tri colors he had coming in" and he said "none" so I say to him "sold, write it up" he had a surprised look on his face as he too thought I was going with the Pani. I'm not ruling the Pani completely out, just for the next year or two I need to get some time in on the saddle and maybe then I will add a Pani to my garage!!! I want to say thanks again to all you guys for your feedback, take care, Jay
