Yes. Make sure it's in SPORT or RACE Mode for full power.
You may want to factory reset your riding modes in case the parameters were changed.
So I got quite a few responses from the Italian V2 forum and everyone who answered my question of being able to go over 120mph (193 kph for them) all said they had no issues going faster on their V2’s before their first service. So I don’t believe there are any preset restrictions on our bikes no matter what country they are delivered to.Hmmm...I’m going to ask around in another V2 forum (Italy based) and see if anyone there has experienced this with their V2 before their first service

You shouldn't have to turn all that off to exceed 120. I wouldn't say your problem is solved. Your dealer clearly didn't want to waste their time investigating the issue. Just sayin

these machines are very advanced. Your official Ducati service center can plug their fancy computer into your bikes computer and usually fix whatever seems to be the problem.
I am interested in where the speed barrier is on your bike @Remy with the rider aids on but dialed back. Do we know what the top speed of the V2 supposed to be?
Mine did the same, as well as other V2 owners that I asked. Hope they figure out what is wrong with Remy’s bike. Can confirm:
V2 after 1st service
Street Mode
Min Engine braking
Min engine power
max abs
max traction
max wheelie control
Can easily exceed 120mph in 4th.
Didnt try steet mode before run in service but can confirm more than 120mph in sport mode before first service
No. Not that I can see.Does the V2 have a tire calibration you can do?
