1299 heatshield on 1199?

Hey guys curious if anyone has tried this? is it possible at all? The 1299 heat shield is way cleaner than the updated 1199's. Even if it mount points are different on the loop is it possible to switch the loop from the 1299 with the shield?

No, because the 1299 has 60mm pipes (instead of 55mm on 1199). And the heat shield of 1299 is fixed at the subframe, not at the loop as with 1199.

The complete OEM System of 1299 should fit on 1199, as all 1199 full systems (Akra, Termi) also fit on 1299. But I'm not sure if the front mounting thread of the 1299 OEM heat shield is also on the 1199 subframe. The rear ones are there for sure, those are two of the four for the passenger footrests.

I can have a look on this tonight.

The subframe of the 1299 has an additional hole which is needed to fix the OEM heatshield, so it cannot be mounted on a 1199 w/o modifying the subframe...

With 60mm stock pipe instead of 55, does that mean that fitting 1299 OEM pipes onto 1199 will result in small power gains (with remapped ecu, of course)?
