David,
Thanks for the pics. Looks so good!! hope it sounds as good as it looks.
Also love the magnesium Marchesini wheels. Was considering those before I pulled the trigger on the SL wheels.

has anyone weighed the new system? Has to weigh MUCH less then the stock set up...

Older thread but wanted to get an update.

What is the cost of the race exhaust (holding breath)

and I've seen a couple videos that state it really opens up the engine, especially midrange due to the stock being Euro4 compliant.

Really annoying to spend $40k on a bike that needs an exhaust for it to come alive.

Your dealer must install the MAP. The only additional cost would service tech time installing the MAP.

Bike purchased. Exhaust on order. It's in stock in Italy. Hopefully 2 weeks out. All day install $800 labor

I cannot wait for it. Bike is amazing but it needs the exhaust. And holy hell it is hot. I thought my 959 was hot on my thighs. This is a whole other level

Question for anyone that owns this bike. Have you found it temperamental? At cold start today. Just left it idling and it stalled on its own
Did a hot start today and it kept stalling. On its own. Put it in neutral and started again and revved it. All good.
During the ride I came to a stop with clutch engaged and engine just turned off. Put in neutral and restart.

Hey guys I just purchased this exhaust and open it up and it's absolutely beautiful, the one thing that it didn't come with is that upper carbon fiber heat shield closer to the top of the exhaust oh, I've been trying to find some information on that part but can't find it anywhere or a part number anywhere for it, could somebody please point me in the right direction

Do you mean the heat shield that's under the seat. Like a large clam shell? That was on my bike stock. So it's an OEM part.

Hey Spartan, yes that piece that's underneath the seat and kind of comes down on both sides , I'll stop by my local dealership and see if I can pick it up from there. Do you know of any aftermarket companies that make that piece?

From Ducati Omaha, as always great customer service.

Subject: Re: Panigale 1299FE Exhaust Shroud

Mark,
That should be part 4602G022AA, the HEAT GUARD VERTICAL. It's $555.40 and we could get it in about a week from Ducati. Let me know if you have any other questions, or if you need any help placing an order.

Thank you,
