You can use carbonin. It is available and has a perfect fit. That stuff is super light and durable. Flexes and does not break on impact. Carbon fiber and glass fiber is available. I am a dealer. Pm if you are interested.

I will be finishing up on my belly pan design for the Armour racing plastic with side exhaust or tail exhaust. Let me know if you are interested

I have a 959 race bike with in Armor race plastic and designed a carbon belly pan due to me having a side exhaust system instead of the belly exhaust. Can't download any of the pics too large a file. If interested email me off line and I will send files to show you.

I bought one set for 1199 last year but havent used them yet. I also ordered a DB holder front bracket + air ducks so I can swap track/street front more easy.

Yeah that’s a good plan. Should work out. Something about the 1299 IMU situation doesn’t allow without some wild intervention related to that bracket.

If you get dash errors of IMU its caused by the vibrations. Try to use rubber washers or a liquid gasket everywhere possible to reduce the vibrations.
From what I understand this is 100% true but is only part of the equation. It’s also the angle at which the IMU is mounted. I just received the solution from a guy that raced the 1299. This was a HUGE issue for the guys racing this bike. I’m only reply so that we can connect and I can share with you what modifications need to be done to what and where on the motoholders bracket. I’m actually getting ready to take the front of the bike apart and will have some fresh photos if anyone wants.

Hey Id be interested in those pics as my sheer reason of not using race fairings is to not deal with this massive headache of angle/vibrations etc. so when the time comes i do need race Fairings i would like to see how you made yours work. Much appreciated.

Someone did say above that the ones from Ducati are the way to go. While I do agree. I tried to get a replacement piece. Just 1 piece. $675. So basically buy the whole kit AGAIN. No thanks. I’ll figure the problem out…and did. Until I break that fairing stay ‍♂️
