rumor has it that this intern was promoted months ago to the head of v4 design...
I remember I have seen discussions here (after the release of the 1299R FE) that Ducati changed their way to meadure biks hp and due to that reduced 1299:s hp from 205 to 197 so there you have the explanation. They forhot to change on one or it is from an old web page.
