1299s Anniversario

Seems like the PNW is the place for these bikes to gather.
I couldn't enjoy the beautiful weather yesterday but took a fall ride today. 406 measly miles of enjoyment so far. Damn rain.

Certainly looks like they'd be some fun in the dry.

It's a nice 60 mile loop to my favorite coffee stop. Unfortunately the twisties just aren't long enough.
Thankfully we have a couple closeby racetracks. Pacific Raceways and the Ridge Motorsports Park. Both fun with elevation changes.

I've always said that our summer starts the last week of July and ends the first week of August. Any other nice days are bonus days. :D

Know exactly what you mean, worked out of Seattle for part of the fall, then bought a 68 Chevy 4x4 and hightailed it down to Southern Mexico:D

Yeah you gotta own a pickup or a van to haul the bikes out of state if you want to ride in the dry some years. And then we have those fluke dry and hot years.

Aniv exhaust

Hi guys,
Quick question. Have you received the standard cans and the Akrapovik with your Aniv or just the Akra slip-on?

Standard 1299 exhaust system installed on delivery, akra slipons and a y-pipe in a separate box.

Anniversario for sale..Los Angeles

I decided I want the 1408.

670 miles and break in service as well as fender eliminator done. Also, I did the full Akra kit, so you're getting the sickest Anniversario out there. She's 100% brand new and perfect in every way. Located in Los Angeles.

Looking for offers north of $35k as I've been offered that multiple times.

Even IF you could get a new-new one, it would cost you north of $36k to have it set up the way mine is between the exhaust, labor and dealer setup/freight/fees.

Let me know if you're interested!

Why do you continue to spam the forum with your for sale ad, after specifically being told it is against the rules?

Well....I'm s bit pissed off. I ordered an Anniversario and was told that one had my name on it. I was even told it was being shipped and we had a delivery date. When I called to check up on it, the Salesman I was dealing with is no longer employed there and it is now impossible to get one.

I may have to "settle" for a 1299s...if you can call that settling.

And no....I am not buying a used one at a premium.

Acra on the bike when i picked him up, standard cans in box. I feel like the anni is better tuned than my prev 1299 base. So smooth, and responsive. Best bike ever since my 1441cc zx 14r.

Sorry to hear that. But the salesman leaving shouldn't matter. The GM should have known all about this.

I never rode mine with the sat and pipes. You're right, the throttle is very smooth. Excellent in the 195 HI setting.

Welcome to the club, unfortunately. Kind a similar story with me. There must be more of us settled in the same situation. Basically not acceptable for me and really underwhelming... I hope that responsible person will be pointed out and he will be held accountable for what happened to us..
