There was a Carbon Fiber wheel failure this weekend at Chuckwalla.
Hope the guy is OK! Totally sucks for his bike.

This also happens to Marchesini Forged Magnesium front wheel and PFM Iron ductile rotors, after the bike slid for about 60' ended up hitting a air bag barrier dirt pile.
