1299SL intake trumpets

After a visit to my local workshop to get some parts, i found out that they had some intake trumpets/injector holders laying around from a 1299 SL.
I know these are unique to the 1299SL, would it be a worthwhile improvement or upgrade to put these on a 1199/1299?
