T hill east is so big, i can really enjoy with panigale. west is smaller and tighter so probably small cc will have more fun in that course.

Let me know what date you're doing east if they have it during that week.

I guess we're all short.

Can you hook me up with who did your seat? I'm a 30" inseam as well.

they are based out of southern California near LA called C&C seat (866-755-2100). They do mostly Harley as they do more custom seats.

If you decide to just cut then wont be too costly but if you put that sticker cover then it will run you something like $200.

So you sent them your OEM seat?

406 miles and holding. A few add ons.

Still not getting anymore miles on :(
So I spent Sunday installing some of the farkles I've been slowly collecting this winter.
Firstly I had to strip the side and nose fairing off. I've got the the sides down to a few minutes but the nose took me awhile following the manual step by step. I'd recommend doing the nose fairing in warmer weather when the plastic is more pliable because I was worried about the center stud breaking off the nose.

First thing was the throttle spacers which only took a few minutes. It took me longer to read the instructions.
Second came installing the GPS for the DDA+GPS. A quick swap on to the S nose shroud. It plugs right in to the little white plug over the left headlight in the above picture.

Third I installed Geckos signal brackets and Rizoma Graffio turn signals. I rerouted the wires from the upper fairing stays down low and zip tied the wiring to keep everything nice and neat.

The turn signals stick out neatly where the old 916-998 signals stuck out. The Rizoma Graffio signals were brighter than expected. Of course I made sure the signals and DDA+GPS all worked before I started buttoning things up.

Last thing I installed were the CRG Arrow mirrors on the Rhinomoto bar ends I'd previously installed.

Then I buttoned the sides up quickly and ran next door for dinner as you can't be late for dinner.

So now I finally got to install the the DP mirror block offs that came with the bike.
Even worse than pulling off the nose fairing was reinstalling it. Getting the two fairing bolts started took a lot of time and swearing. The other piece I hated dealing with was the splash guard under the headlight. Other than that everything else was a breeze.

Now I just need some nice weather so I can get out there and get those mirrors adjusted.

Looks great buddy! No issues with signal clearance at full turn with that setup?

No clearance issues whatsoever. I stuck with the Graffio's because I knew they are slim. Haven't seen the other Rizomas so didn't want to take a chance. Mirrors have plenty of clearance also.

Bike looks nice. Yep these things have more plastic than Pam Anderson's chest.

Endodoc that is an understatement lol. This makes every bike I've taken apart in my past a cakewalk. I kept wishing that it had dzus fasteners like my 998 and trackbikes.
Sides and bottoms are pretty quick with the T-handle. Makes me think making it a full trackbike will make it more enjoyable taking it apart. Sadly it has to do double duty for me.
