2013 1199 Fork options

Both forks have had a pinch bolt snapped or thread striped (1 per fork). One was drilled oversized to a UNC pitch and the other snapped and left in there. Both are frustrating the hell out of me. The oversized has a 5.5mm Allen key fitting that nobody seems to want to use when changing tyres so it's getting properly chewed and the other won't budge with easy outs.

The black anodising is also wearing on the front of one, so anticipating that'll need fixing eventually.

So options I'm considering are: second hand oem or second hand after markets. I can't find anything on line and certainly nothing OEM.

I'm in Australia too which doesn't seem to help.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have a set of 2015 1299 front forks with no damage to them. I replaced them with a set of Ohlins forks back in January 2020. You would have to replace the fork oil though. The 2015 1299 and 2014 1199 OEM part numbers are the same. However the 2013 1199 part numbers end in 1D while the 2014 1199 and 2015 1299 fork part numbers end in 2D. After looking at the 2013 1199 microfiche and the 2015 1299 microfiche. It looks like the only differences between the two years is that the 1299 needs part # 25 if you needed a seal kit. And part # 28 which is a repair kit. If youre interested let me know. Shoot me an offer. Shipping wont be to bad. Send @Calvo a PM. He ordered a bunch of parts from me and some are about to be shipped to Australia
