Looking to buy an 1199S. Preferably the Dark Stealth color. Don't really see a need for the R...but if the price is right I'll buy anything. Anyone have a slightly used or new 1199S for sale that wants to send it my way? Please be somewhere in the East Bay Area if possible.

We have a black 1199S demo bike here at Pro Italia with under 400 miles. The sale price is $19995 plus fees. Pm me if interested and i can get you the details.

Dang, that's the best I've heard of so far...NJ is a bit far though, I'd have to have it shipped. I'm guessing like $900 or so for shipping?

Give them a call and ask for Maire. They'll swing you a deal- tell them you want free shipping. They're begging people to take them off the lot.

What about a package deal for an 899 as well? A friend wants to buy a white one, and if we can get a good deal otd plus free shipping, we'll do it.
 
Why are you asking another member as if you're negotiating? He's provided you with the contact info to the dealer. Call them up and start negotiating. He's not a dealer employee.
 
Why are you jumping into a thread just to tell me that? You act as if I've insulted the person.

I'm simply asking if they have any 899's as well. Maybe the member has knowledge on where to get a good deal for both? If this bothers you, just let me know and I'll remember not to care.
 
The Cross Country S for 19.9 is a demo, unknown mileage (not posted), probably frequently ridden hard put away wet, and doesn't include any fees . All the other S's are 25K.

Hey....You're new here so I will credit you with some slack...But Double0 was simply pointing out that Dylan gave you the contact details and now its over to you... This is a forum for info..not a dealers negotiating venue...Call CC.... They will give you any and all the answers you need.....:)

That's understandable, and I appreciate your response. What I did not appreciate was the way Double0 did.

I know I'm the new guy, and it's not my intent to negotiate with another member over the forum for two bikes. I'm well aware that I'll have to call dealers for the info to buy these bikes, and I have been daily. On my part, I'm sorry it came off like that.

I'm not here for drama. I can see that this forum is not for me, and I will kindly request that the mod delete my account.

I appreciate everyone's help on here, and will look elsewhere. Thank you.

Hey Double OO good job there. I think a bit precious for this forum with the strong personalities we have here.

I was about to suggest he wait for the 1299. If I was in the market right now I would wait to see what the new model is going to be. He probably would have got upset with that suggestion too.

LOL. Can't be soooo serious 44RON. You got some great info man, take it in stride.

You might have just saved thousands of $$$. I was gonna suggest waiting for that EIMCA or whatever that show is called where the 1299 is allegedly going to be released in a week or two. Prices could drop even further on 1199 and 1199 S if guys are gonna wait for those new changes!?!?!? :D

Their 2014 model s for $19,xxx is black and brand new. Exactly what OP is looking for.

Due to insurance costs for these ducati's skyrocketing in the ny/nj area sales took a big hit and with the impending 1299 1199's are hard to move. I know my friend Maire at cross country will work with you. Call and talk. Tell her Dylan gave you the name/number.
You won't be disappointed.
