Rear two mounting lugs attach to the CF subframe. No front mounting point so this will not work on a stock aluminium subframe. Cut out at the rear is for the seat lock which is mounted on top of the seat as opposed to underneath the right hand seat panel. Light as it is, it's not much use without the correct subframe. If the OP was selling that as well I am sure it would sell easily. There was a complete 1199SL tail for sale on Fleabay a while back but it was IIRC around $6000 !!
