Guys I am selling my 2014 matte black Ducati 1199s after 2 years of ownership. Got my eye on a new duc

Got tons of updates. Don't remember what I paid but I pulled retail cost of everything and it's around $6k. 1350 miles never dropped or accident

Comes with all stock parts as well as pit bull stands.

Asking $18k for everything. Still undecided if I want to part the extra stuff out and sell bike as stock.

What do you guys think is a good price for the whole deal? NADA shows 15-19 stock

I think your price is pretty good. It's a low mile bike and just wicked looking!

My only advice is that I have found many times over the years NADA is useless. I traded two bikes almost nine months ago. They gave me NADA trade value for both of them. They are both still sitting at the dealer.

Good luck though, just try to do a lot of homework and be realistic. I hope you do get that much.

Honest question.. Why are so many guys buying bikes and barely riding them? I bought my Pani with 1100 miles and ride the hell out of it every chance I get. I can't imagine it just sitting in the garage everyday.

Bad ass 1199 though!.. GLWS!

i think it's too expensive and you are asking dealer money, i have seen 2012/13 S bikes at dealers for $16k with an exhaust system and other goodies as a reference. Also deals on leftover bikes.

good luck with the sale.

Thanks all for insight. I am flexible to fair price for both parties but I'm not giving the bike away. A 2012 or 13 is not a comparable to my 2014 S.

From my research I found only one black 1199s bone stock with 2k miles for 19k. Figured with all the extras around 19 should be fair. BTW the matte black was only available for 2014.

If a 2014 1199s is selling for 16k that is definitely a steal.

My price is OBO and I can adjust price with omission of aftermarket parts, primarily the exhaust system and other higher priced parts.

I'll put a detailed descrprion together, also my bike has an extended warranty 4 years total.

I have seen the 1299S for 19K with 800 miles. I am in the market, however, I am not sure if 1199 is the bike I want.
