Bought new with 6 miles on 1/18/2014 for $16,999 OTD (Freight/Doc/Tax/License) from Ducati of Santa Barbara, CA. Always garage kept.

8,xxx miles currently. Bike is absolutely 100% untouched and not modified in any way. She is on a new set of tires as of only a few hundred miles ago.

7,500 miles service done by Ducati of Santa Barbara. Oil was changed at 600 miles per Ducati at the dealership also. Then again at 4,000 miles with new filter and crush washers.

I have all paperwork and receipts for everything ever done to this bike. You will not find a better condition, well-kept 899 at this mileage and it's priced accordingly.

Included will be a rear stand and the custom cover from Ducati.

Dude, dealers were selling brand new 2015 899's for around $11,000 at the time the 959 came out. Who do you think is paying eleven thousand dollars for a used 899, probably no warranty, let alone one with nearly 10,000 miles? I've shut my mouth from doing this sort of obnoxious post for months but this one is just easy pickins to rag on.

Seriously, best of luck. But you are asking more than some 2014 1199's posted on various sites that have half the mileage. Odd.

You do know prices vary on locale? I'm in CA.

I got 3 firm cash offers of $10,500 the past few months I turned down. I expect another, then I will sell.

I certainly wouldn't talk .... about you trying to get as much as you can when you go to sell something.
