nice review. 99.9% of the time i would say go with the R. problem is the bike is basically red like every single ducati out there.
in this case i would go with the 1299 anniv strictly for the paint job.
what would happen is this. i would get the 1299 and say i should have got the R
if i get the r i would see a 1299 anniv and i would say i should have gotten that.
you did it right and have both enjoy
