Same guy that owns the Anniversario (I think) crashing an H2 into the wall on highway @ 180+mph. Doesn't go down but breaks the side case cover open and spilling oil everywhere.
Myself, I do not agree at all with riding like this and endangering so many innocent people on the highway. IMO these are the guys that give so many of us a bad rep and the main reason we get pulled over so often just because of the bike we chose to ride. Regardless of whether we were actually doing anything wreckless.

Can anyone confirm what differences anniversary edition has to the 1299S model? just curious, there was a comment about a lean angle on the screen....

The Anniversario has Carbon front and rear fender, Carbon heel guards, Carbon shock cover, The new and improved "EVO" traction control parameters, Akrapovic Titanium & carbon slip on exhaust (Stock stainless steel header), Triple clamp with Anniversario 1299 S and #/500 laser engraved, and the steering angle on the front end is the same as the "R" model. Oh and the TFT gauge display does display lean angle while in Race mode I believe. I changed my display so it doesn't show the lap timer while in Race mode and haven't figured out or paid any attention to the Lean angle display yet but I know it does show it somewhere.
I almost bought a Panigale last year and I am so glad I waited and bought the Anniversario. So far I'm loving it.

alright im torn between deciding between a 2017 aprilia rsv4 rf or 2017 Ducati 1299 S. they both have what im looking for, a sweet sounding exhaust note, up/down quickshifter and both are good to look at. im stepping up from a R6. what do you guys think i'm leaning toward the aprilia cause i think it'll suit my riding style a little more than the duc not used to staying low in the powerband but i like the fact that the duc weighs as much maybe less than my R6, what do you guys think.

it's a Ducati forum!!

i would try both and pick the one you prefer not many bad bikes to choose from right now.

haha yeah your right, i've already test rode a 2016 1299 S, its hard to find a rsv4 rf where i'm at i'd have to probably go to munich or stuttgart which is like 2hrs away and its winter so we'll see in like 3 to 4 months, damn winter

The Aprillia would suit you better.
