2018 V4S Engine "Pulsing"

Greetings all,

I'm new to Ducati's, but not new to riding. I just bought a used '18 V4S with 6,000 miles on it and my bike is "pulsing" at every gear and all speeds. The engine gives off a "wow wow wow" sound. I've never experienced this before on any other bike. The bike doesn't cut out or purge at low speeds. And the pulsing only happens when in gear. Could this be un balanced tires or a chain issue? Has anyone else experienced this?

Any and all thoughts and help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Odd. Are there any check engine or error lights on? Is the bike stock, or are there any mods?

ive had some pulsing when my MAP sensor failed...but not on partial throttle..only when hammering it....initially, then it just failed to rev over 4-5K rpm...replaced both MAPs and it went away...

perhaps related...just throwing it out there
