Amazing, you’ll be in a fortunate predicament every time you go to the garage and have to decide which one to ride! Congratulations on the purchase.
And valid points, I didn’t think about it like that. I just see premium and expect something new/different to set it apart even further! That’s what the wings are for I guess

The exhaust is the the reason I went with the 1299SL, it sounds so much better than the 1199 R Especially when it first fires off.

Ok that sounds way nicer than my 1299. Anyone want to dive into the why? I remember 650ibs V4R was supposed to sound better with full Akra than his Speciale with full Akra

It deff sounds ferocious but loud, I got rid of the sound insulation and its for sure louder than a regular v4r so I started wearing hearing protection whenever I crank it. The V4R has a more open intake than the other v4's so that's going to contribute to the sound factor.

I have the full system on my 1299 FE and have to say that it is one of the nicest sounding systems there is. I assume it's not far off the SL with the full system.

It turns out the V4SL comes in a very nice "gift box"

Does anyone know if the Ducati rear sets that fit the v4R for like $1300 fit the SLv4? If you specifically look up SLV4 Ducati rear sets they say 4K
