Who would go from a 883 to the baddest Ducati on the market? Riders that wanna “try” the sport bike line usually ride a friends sport bike OR they buy a used zx7 or R6 or a used gsxr 750.

But your guy…..no, he pays $55k plus the taxes (now close to 60k) and sells it to you for $47500 with 3 miles due to a whining wife 😂

I’m inclined to agree - story is a little sus.

By the way, any update on that motor I’ve been trying to buy for months? I didn’t see a response to the pm I semt a few weeks ago.

Couple of things, a pipe does not add much value if any and we all know this and if you buy a new bike then walk back into the dealer 5 minutes later you are not getting retail because its no longer a new bike. At best you are getting offered their distributor price less whatever because its second hand. So to me the numbers add up, and as for the try a sports bike I guess some people have way too much money! Some of us pay cash for new bikes then treat them like track bikes because we can, and some buy them on credit and freak out about every minor cost. There is a guy on here who is trying to recover some of the money hes put into his bike by selling the bling and buying stock parts to replace those items with. Each to his own but to me once you've paid money for a new or near new motorcycle prepare to take a hit and usually a big one.

If Barnum and Bailey still existed, I’d recommend they interview you cause you strike me as a clown with all your fabricated stories.

Anybody can snap pics of a Ferrari and claim it as theirs (or a superleggera or yes, even a nominal R1M).

Your story of how you landed on such a killer v4r purchase almost sent cheerios thru my nose. Do you even own a bike?

Ah, don’t answer…..don’t really care if you do or not but I do find your fictional threads amusing 👍

No one said he rode a Harley 883. You do like to assume a lot.

Secondly, since you like to call out others, here is a screenshot of the bike that I purchased.

And thirdly, here is a current pic of my rides. If you need proof that they are truly mine, I would be happy to take a picture with a “ .... Tbone” sign over each one.

The seller has been riding Harley’s pretty much his whole life and wanted to try the sport bike life. He went out and bought the V4R and took it home. His wife took one look at it and said nope.

She told him she didn’t mind him buying fast cars but no fast bikes.

Sounds like a money laundering scam…

It’s also missing the bottom fairing

If it’s a scam, not on my end. My cash for the bike was legit and I have the title for it in hand.

And yeah it’s missing the lower belly fairings. I asked him about them and he said he didn’t purchase them. I can buy some later if I choose.
