2020 Panigale V4S HM quickshifter issues

I currently have HM quick shifter on. I have had small issues with the quick shifter (with HM) where it does not let me up shift or down shift but whenever I did a logic error reset (resting foot on lever for >30 secs) it used to reset and continued to work fine until yesterday. It seems now after logic reset it works fine for 1 mile or 2 and doesn't let me shift using the quick shifter. Anyone experiencing similar issues? Thinking about switching to Cordona, do you think it will help solve the issue? I track about 50% of the time so QS is a must have for me.

Thanks in advance.

As Paul says, worth checking with HM. They speak about their products as the best tech etc. , so need to stand by them.

General question - recommendations on sensitivity for the HM q/s? They say the lower the sensitivity, the better the change (which sounds counterintuitive). Mid point is 50, I'm running at 40.

based on personal experience, they're all POS... buying the 2022 was ultimately my solution.

HM make a great product but it doesn’t age well, I got about 18 months out of mine before it crapped out, worked great until then. Went back to the stock QS and adjusted the leverage angels a bit and it’s working flawlessly

Agreed, this might be the reason too. I have had for about 18-20 months now. I switched to Cordona and everything seems to be working fine now.
