When everything points to one problem, but there is something simpler you can also try, it's always worth a try.

The clutch system uses the same fluid as the brake system.

Bleed it at the clutch lever, takes one minute, shouldn't require any extra fluid.

It's possible (although I admit, with Andy B unearthing the full story, unlikely), that there is a small amount of air in the system. With less spring pressure, it relases the clutch plates. But, with more pressure required, due to different assembly, the air is compressing rather than the clutch releasing.

Or, it's all ...... and you should never have installed a clear clutch cover in the first place.

Really no offense intended, but these questions make me think that you should take your bike to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Thank you no offense taken. It was a risk for me i admit. Just wanted to work on my own stuff as much as possible (cars, house, landscape, learning new technologies as a programmer). I enjoy doing things on my own from time to time, lots of mistake are being committed and it cost for sure but also learning from it and that usually is more valuable than anything else.

Completely understand the desire to manage on your own, but if you don’t have the experience or the time to properly research how to to do it, those mistakes can not only end up expensive, but also in a worst case scenario lethal.

This is almost every trouble shooting thread here.

No or minimal information given and then the time wasting begins. If you've worked on the bike and now that thing you worked on isn't working...
