Would any brand named front motorcycle stand work for the 2023 Panigale V4S? (Don't want to buy a Ducati or Pitbull)

Depends on the stand type. From the fork caliper, no need for a special one. For the steerer, you need a specific pin and stand

I was told that lifting the front and rear tire will avoid tire damage (flat spots) during non riding days. Is that true? Owned bikes for a very long time and never had an issue.
