Gorgeous bike, you're going to love it, and I predict it will be your number one bike. I was considering one but couldnt justify it since Im happy with the status quo. Why the RS over the SF SP2? btw, just curious as there seems to be a fair bit of crossover in sporting functionality. I love my multi for fast super comfy touring and around town errands and if I could only pick one bike to do it all it would be PP or RS but fortunately I have the Pani for blasting.

Thanks guys! Yea I’ve never ridding a multi and I’m looking forward to riding her. I love the look of the RS and I really like this motor. Never really looked at any of the other models other than the Pikes Peak edition. I ride a V4R at the track and traded in my Street Fighter for the new .....

I finally got out yesterday for the first ride and I really didn’t look the bike over or know how to change a lot of settings. But as soon as I got going I was amazed how nimble she was. Flicking her left and right is effortless. I started to get a bit racy and I was like oh the powers ok not great but I was thinking she’s just a big bike. Then I noticed the bike was in street Evo mode, I figured out how to change that and holy .... she’s freaking fantastic! Tons of power and right off the get go! Not like my street fighter where IMO there was very little down low and all above 7500 rpm’s. I was ripping and had the heated seat and grips on while I was doing it lol. What a freaking great bike! I’m so happy I traded in the SF for this even know I took a complete bath on the trade price I got. Can’t wait to get back out and put some miles on her!
How is the highway gas mileage on the RS? Curious if it is better than the low-mid 30s that the Pikes Peak Multi averages. Also, how is the engine heat "management", comapred to say the V4S?
