It actually appears that the 2025 V4 SF is almost a 2025 V4 Pani. Same engine in spite of the claim of 5 less HP. Same chassis with the exception of lower seat height (they lowered the rear probably thru the links and relaxed the geometry a half degree or so). Easily remedied. They moved the bars back (40mm?). Why does ducati still think that moving the riders CG rearwards while kicking out the head is a good thing? Unfortunately they've retained the original Pani tranny gear ratio's and the ridiculous 15/42 final drive. They must have ran out of those transmission parts by now. Dudes use the Pani gearbox at least. Just think you could carry fewer part numbers and make the assembled engines common to both bikes lowering costs. These will be far easier to ride fast than the last generation as delivered. Put Pani SA links in, drop the front a little to load it up some more, put slicks on. Perfect high bar track weapon. Probably better than the Pani's in the tight twisty bits.
