Panigale V4 oem exhaust 2024 to 21 bike?

If both bikes are EU5 and have 4 O2 sensors, they are the same.
2021 bikes in the US were EU4, and only had 2 O2 sensors.

Fitment wise: they do bolt right up.
The newer exhausts have different catalytic converters (extremely hard material). There are some minor differences on the heat shields (glass wool vs. none before)
And man am i glad that my last TÜV visit was 15 years ago
