OK so I took the plunge on this, just picked my bike up after having the 41t kit fitted. I found the bike to be a lot easier to ride in traffic and could not sit in 2nd at 30mph without all the hunting which makes the bike much move livable in London! I only rode the bike for a short 20min ride, but didn't personally feel much of a "seat of the pant" improvement in power delivery. Had I have done the upgrade for this reason I may have been a bit disappointed, but I guess more riding will tell for sure. Hope this is helpful for those considering this upgrade.

14T, or 41T? Both are possible, but I think most everyone is talking about leaving the bike 15T front and changing to 41T rear.

Liveable is good. Think I'll make a change, soon. Thanks for the update!
