Just spent a week travelling to three different tracks on the Pani to try different set ups.

Day one was spent at Broadford was having a great day until a low side mid afternoon.

Was able to repair the bike for the next session to find I had broken a selector pin so only had three gears so removed the selector box to spend most of the next day finding a fix before Phillip Island.

Tuesday at Phillip Island was a blast bike felt awesome but felt like it lacked a little grunt out of turn twelve

Decided to try a 41 tooth rear which worked better but look forward to trying some new mapping I still managed to set better times than my S1000rr this bike can go exactly where you want to put it.

Next two days at Mac Park doing a David Moss suspension school which was a real eye opener to setting up suspension as i know very little and was well worth doing.

I am loving this bike the more time I spend on it the better it feels.

Great report and pics.

Better a lowside then a highside.

I'd love to do Phillip Island.

Dave Moss is the bomb!! That's right, he's spending some time down south. I was lucky enough to have my suspension set up by him prior to his departure, SO lucky! He was on his way out within a couple weeks.

You sir are a lucky man..nice to hear that positive report, the beemer clones need to hear that! Good form btw:)

What a tease! so, tell us where you are at with setup? Is it a standard or an S? What setting did you end up with?

The bike is a sandard 1199 . I am using the 30mm ohlins cartridge kit and a ohlins TTX rear as for settings in the front I am using 4 full turns of preload about 12clicks in of rebound and 12 clicks in of compression .
All thses settings are to suit me so not too sure wether it is very relevant to other riders .

Cool bike and, agree, Dave Moss is a real attribute to racers and racing. We're lucky to have him in NorCal.

BTW, nice looking bike...I can't wait till next season to get my new setup on track.
